Please see the following information about current rules for goods handling at Kistamässan.

If you have goods that weighs over 1 ton per package, or is more than 2 metre wide and/or 2,5 m high you must contact our Technical Department a minimum two weeks in advance.

Carpets will be laid out in all aisles during the last day of construction. All the public areas must be kept clean from exhibitor items, waste material and packaging from 5 pm on this day to facilitate this.

Empty packaging and boxes may not be stored in the stand, please contact our Service Centre for transportation and storage of packaging. Minimum charge is 1 cubic metre.

If the goods are delivered before stated goods delivery time we will accept the goods, store it and the charge will be debited to the exhibitor. The same applies when goods are not picked up within given time.

Transportation service:
Kistamässan will be happy to help you with your transports. Email your enquiries to monterservice@kistamassan.com and we will send you a quote.

Truck service per pallet: Truck service includes unloading or loading per pallet. Euro pallet 180 SEK/pallet | Long pallet 250 SEK/pallet

Storage: Storage of goods during an exhibition includes picking up in the stand and delivery to stand after the exhibition.
Non accessable storage: 180 SEK/qbm
Accessable storage: 250 SEK/qbm.

Packing help and packing material: If needed Kistamässan can help with packing. Price per hour: 450 SEK (excluding material)

Truck lift in stand: Lift and placement service with driver.
Price per hour 500 SEK.

Parcel deliveries: Kistamässans personnel delivers parcels and envelopes to the stand on the exhibitors expense if the delivery company themselves are not delivering all the way. Price 50 SEK/item.

Left behind goods: Kistamässan charge the exhibitor 180 SEK per qubic metre per beginning week after the pick up times have expired.

Moving in and moving out directions

Moving in: (GATE 2A)
April 15th 7am - 6pm
April 16th 7am - 10 pm

For machinery and material that weighs more than 1000 kg, a forklift service must be booked a minimum of a week in advance. Carpets will be laid out in all aisles during the last day of construction. All the public areas must be kept clean from exhibitor items, waste material and packaging from 5 pm on this day to facilitate this. Additional time for stand construction is offered. Please note that the work electricity is only permitted at additional time! 10A/230 is ordered separately to an extra cost.

Moving out:
April 19th  -10pm
April 20th 7 am- 12am

Starting to pack your items and move out of the stand before 17.00 the last day of the exhibition is not permitted. The stand must be manned up until this time. The aisle carpets will be removed during the first half hour/hour after closing on the last day. We kindly ask that the aisles and the public areas will be kept clear during the deconstruction period to ensure that goods transportation can work freely.
