We will help you with your last minute technical or furniture orders you need to make during moving in, or help you with other practical services you need to meet you goals with the exhibition. We know what it takes to carry out a successful meeting – so don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you need to make copies, need to buy tape, nails, screws or other things you might need we can help you. You can place your order at our Service Center anytime you want but keep in mind that for all orders placed later than 14 days before the event we add an extra charge of 30% on prices listed in our service catalogue.

Opening hours varies depending on the event. Opening hours and other technical information you will find in the exhibitors memo being sent out before your event.

Catering

In order for you and your company to get the most out of the exhibition, you can make your stand even more attractive with the help of our Stand Catering. For your information, we’ve included below the general rules that apply at Kistamässan regarding food & drink on the stands:

Serving of alcohol
- The serving of alcohol is governed by the Swedish Alcohol Act and is controlled by the County Administrative Board. Alcohol may only be served by the licensee, which in this case is KM Restauranger. This applies for both trade and public events. Contact Stand Catering if you wish to serve alcohol on your stand.

Serving of cooked food and other foodstuffs
- The serving and handling of cooked food and other foodstuffs (e.g. hot dogs, ice cream, etc) is regulated by food legislation and controlled by the National Food Agency. It requires a catering licence. At Kistamässan, such a licence is held by KM Restauranger, which is why all catering of this kind has to go via them. Contact Stand Catering if you wish to have this kind of catering on your stand.

Snacks, sweets and hot & cold drinks
- Snacks, sweets and non-alcoholic hot & cold drinks may be served/offered on your stand without any special permission, but in order to ensure correct procedures and avoid unnecessary costs (see below), you are recommended always to contact Stand Catering, who can also provide this type of content if you wish. If improper procedures are observed and not rectified immediately, your own catering may be closed down/prohibited with immediate effect. In addition, exhibitors who did not order Stand Catering via KM Restauranger may be charged for any additional cleaning costs or other costs that arise directly or indirectly from their actions. Examples of incidents that may lead to additional charges include the use of disposable cups/plates that are discarded away from the stand, including in the exhibition hall bins, and spills of popcorn and other snacks in the aisles. Contact Stand Catering if you wish to offer snacks and/or other items on your stand.

Sale of food & drink
- Nobody other than KM Restauranger is permitted to sell food & drink at Kistamässan.

– Since the first of September 2008 we are running KM Restauranger in the exhibition halls. We serve today’s lunch, a lá carte as well as light lunches and coffee. We can also offer catering and special composed orders for Kistamässans conference and event guests, says Torzan Torsell, MD and operations manager for KM Group.

KM RESTAURANGER are run by the same restaurateur behind NK restaurants and are reinforced by some of the most experienced within the meeting and event industry, which guarantees that the food will become a central part of the experience for Kistamässan’s visitors, regardless whether you are a visitor at an exhibition, an event or are a conference delegate.

KM Restauranger are working with near produced and ecological products. The menus are mostly focused on Scandinavian food, but are also influenced by international cuisine. For conferences and events it’s possible to special order most types of menus. We can also offer stand catering with delivery to your stand.
