We will help you with your last minute technical or furniture orders you need to make during moving in, or help you with other practical services you need to meet you goals with the exhibition. We know what it takes to carry out a successful meeting – so don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you need to make copies, need to buy tape, nails, screws or other things you might need we can help you. You can place your order at our Service Center anytime you want but keep in mind that for all orders placed later than 14 days before the event we add an extra charge of 30% on prices listed in our service catalogue.

Building rules and regulations
We have made specific rules regarding stand building for this event. The documents are at the moment being translated in to English and will be published here shortly.
It is very important to follow these rules in order to help us give the exhibition that fresh new look.

Stand package
- If you share a block with other exhibitors, the organizer has to build separating walls and storge facilities, according to the regulations. Price per sqm is calculated individually depending on stand size. Please contact our sales representatives to get an offer.
