We will help you with your last minute technical or furniture orders you need to make during moving in, or help you with other practical services you need to meet you goals with the exhibition. We know what it takes to carry out a successful meeting – so don’t hesitate to contact us.
If you need to make copies, need to buy tape, nails, screws or other things you might need we can help you. You can place your order at our Service Center anytime you want but keep in mind that for all orders placed later than 14 days before the event we add an extra charge of 30% on prices listed in our service catalogue.
Opening hours varies depending on the event. Opening hours and other technical information you will find in the exhibitors memo being sent out before your event.

Workman Event is Kistamässans sub contractor and is in charge of all production and operational aspects of the fair.
Workmans focus lies on exhibitions and events. They create and produce exhibitions, stands and other types of fairs. Sometimes this is done solemnly and other times on the commission of other event companies. They take care of all technology, construction, order booking/project management at Kistamässan. Their competent staff manages and holds the operational responsibility as Kistamässan technical department.
To be able to create a unique and competitive solution Workman Event tend to focus on the needs at hand and also the financial aspect, these two act as the foundation for a successful event.
