We will help you with your last minute technical or furniture orders you need to make during moving in, or help you with other practical services you need to meet you goals with the exhibition. We know what it takes to carry out a successful meeting – so don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you need to make copies, need to buy tape, nails, screws or other things you might need we can help you. You can place your order at our Service Center anytime you want but keep in mind that for all orders placed later than 14 days before the event we add an extra charge of 30% on prices listed in our service catalogue.

Use your Android, iPhone or iPod* to gather information about people you meet in a fast and convenient way. Instead of collecting business cards and make notes, you can fully focus on your visitors and end up with an amazing list of prospects and contacts in one place.

How it works:
With the App you can scan attendee badges and save information about the persons you meet: name, email, title, company, line of business, picture and more*. Add personal notes about each person.

You can reach all the information in real time from your phone or computer. In the Event Based Social Network you can see who else is at the fair from the same company, send messages and suggest follow-up meetings.

After the show, receive a detailed list of all scanned persons including email addresses.

The app is 2495 SEK + VAT (€279 + VAT) per company. It includes everyone from your company to scan attendees during the fair. All they need is an iPhone or an Android phone*.

If needed, you can rent iPods for 2 495 SEK + VAT/ pc (€279). They must be pre-ordered latest two weeks before the event.
