Marketing on S.E.Es website

All S.E.Es exhibitors have access to their own page on the fairs website. Your page is a digital supplement to your physical stand and it gives visitors and journalists an opportunity to do their homework in preparation for their visit to the fair, as well as for in-depth immersion afterwards. You can include a company description, contact details, pictures of your news and products, movies and press releases. The more information you include, the easier it is for the right target audience to find you.

Why should you fill out your page?
The website allows you to make contact with your target audience at an early stage through exposure of your products and services, and also indicates your exact location in the exhibition hall.

Visitors and journalists can prepare for their fair visit on the website in peace and quiet by studying floor plans, press releases, seminar programs and by searching for the products and companies that interest them. By filling out your company page accurately, you give them the opportunity to get a good idea of what you and the fair are offering. They can bookmark interesting exhibitors and products in “My Pages” and print out personal fair floor plans on which their favourites are marked out. The press releases you post on your page can also be seen under the Press tab at our website, which many journalists access for information before and during the fair.

Update your page now; the information will be accessible under For Visitors /Browse among exhibitors and companies. Obviously, the information remains available after the fair as well and when you next take part in an event at Stockholmsmässan you can simply copy the material previously posted under your name.

New feature! – App for Iphone and Android
Some of the information entered in your e-stand will also be included in the fair’s app for Iphone and Android. The information featured in the app is the company presentation, stand number, address, phone number, web address and an email address.

What is an app?
An app is a software application used on smartphones to allow the phone to perform specific tasks. The app allows visitors to have information about S.E.E and its exhibitors available on their smartphone. They can highlight their favorite exhibitors and create their own list of exhibitors that they are interested in. The app is free to download.

What do you do?
Obviously, you don’t have to fill out all the fields but the more you fill out, the better for your target audience! Everything you post can be searched for on the website.

1. Log in
You log in with your reference number and customer number.

2. Company description
Enter a text that describes your company in no more than 2,000 characters. All words are searchable, so select words that you think visitors will associate with you.

3. Categories
Link yourself to the correct product category so that the target audience can find you by searching in that category.

4. Inspiration pictures
Post your pictures of products and news to attract visitors to visit your stand at the fair.

5. Films
Add films that describe your company and its products and services.

6. Press releases
Include your press releases so that journalists can easily find information about you and your products and services.

7. Profile image for the exhibitors list
Post a profiling image for your company. It will be seen in the exhibitors list and be the entrance to your e-stand.

8. Contact details
Fill out all contact details accurately so that visitors and journalists can contact you before, during and after the fair.

9. Represented companies /Brands
Please include any companies or brands that your company is representing at the fair here. (Not the name of your own company/products/services.)
